Small Group Training is a high value option to receive quality face-to-face personal training and enjoy accountability from fellow exercisers. Group sheet at designated times twice every week for a 45 minute workout designed and guided by a certified personal trainer. Everyone from beginner to experienced athlete will get an awesome workout every time! You'll never get bored with effective and fun workouts designed for your group. Moving around the gym to utilize a wide array of equipment, strength training is the focus with conditioning, balance, plyometrics, and other elements included. With no more than 6 members in each group, your personal trainer ensures that each member's exercise form is safe and effective with appropriate modifications and progressions so that you feel empowered on your unique fitness journey!
Meet with your trainer as frequently as you would like for highly personalized exercise programming and guidance. During a session,, your trainer moves around the gym with you, offering full attention and focused instruction. Unlike most places, we believe in providing personalize workouts designed just for you and your goals for ALL days that you go to the gym, not just days you meet with your trainer. Mobile app access is included to view your custom workouts, watch video clip demonstrations, log your work, track your progress, and communicate with your trainer!
Kelley, Owner of Fox Den Fit Club, has offered personal and group training to the area since 2014. Losing her father to heart disease became the catalyst in her passion for health and fitness turning into a career. With her own family history of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, she believes there are plenty of things we can’t control in our lives but that daily decisions we make matter. She considers herself an optimistic realist: encouraging you to think positive, acknowledge obstacles, and TAKE ACTION. Her favorite part about her chosen career is seeing clients blossom into the best version of themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally. She is a Professional Figure Competitor with Natural Fit Federation, a natural (tested for drugs and performance enhancement) bodybuilding organization. Time with her husband, a firefighter, and their two sons is her biggest joy in life.

Since 2016 Jada has been a certified personal trainer through NESTA. She is a Kinesiology major at Abilene Christian and Tarleton State University. Jada has been employed with credible gyms in the DFW, such as Toro’s Sports Performance and Orange Theory Fitness since 2017. As a fitness enthusiast she is passionate about her craft and aims to bring out the best of her clients. She understands that sometimes life just happens, so her attitude is motivating and her goal is to help. Clients feel comfortable on their journey with Jada, as she provides them with an avenue and the confidence to become who they want to be. Physically, psychologically, and philosophically, through sweat and hard work, Jada challenges clients to manifest a healthy lifestyle and achieve their goals.

Jennifer has been an instructor in the fitness industry for a decade. She absolutely loves teaching and helping people grow their fitness abilities. She was a dancer growing up and also played basketball, so fitness has always been a big part of her life. She is also a professional video gamer and amateur cosplayer, which are her two other passions. Chances are that if she's not here at Fox Den Fit Club, she's most likely playing video games!

Autumn has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, but her love for staying active began at a young age. She earned her black belt in Karate at the age of 9, and played competition softball for several years. Into adulthood she quickly learned her passion is to help others achieve bodies that WORK to do all the things they enjoy in life. She started teaching group fitness classes in 2013 and shortly after began training clients one on one. She is always striving to learn more and is currently studying to be a Women's Exercise Specialist (NASM). Autumn's goal is to give each client 110% and help them set realistic, attainable goals that help create healthy habits that stick. She enjoys working with clients who have a goal of losing weight, toning up, functional training, post injury/rehabilitation, and athletes (Sports Conditioning).

Andrew’s fitness journey started as a 15 year old who just wanted to get stronger for soccer. He was always the smallest kid on the field and was constantly getting physically dominated by bigger kids. He was the definition of a hard gainer. He quickly fell in love with the gym and has been weight training consistently over the last decade. Andrew has a passion for helping people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. He believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. Andrew specializes in strength and hypertrophy training, athletic and power training, and nutrition.

William began his own fitness journey over a decade ago when he was unhappy with his health and his weight. When he first stepped foot into a gym, he was overwhelmed but knew it was time for a change so he gathered information to work towards his goals, losing over 35 pounds in his first year. The significant physical and mental changes he experienced through the process caused him to pursue a career as a personal trainer in 2014. He LOVES helping clients reach their goals while easing their tension in the gym and making training a part of their lifestyle. He enjoys being active with his wife and 5 children and is a fan of movies, gaming and comics.

Jason’s fitness journey started as a 13 year old that wanted to be bigger and stronger for sports. He fell in love with the barbell the first time he picked it up and has weight trained ever since. While working as a 911 operator for the city of Azle, Jason was hired to develop training programs and assist police and fire department staff in exercise at their gym. During that time, he began powerlifting and competed in the Natural Athlete Strength Association (NASA) from 2005 to 2011 in the 275 and 308 class. In 2011 he was involved in a severe motorcycle accident that almost took his leg and stopped his training for 5 years. In 2016 he returned to the gym, determined to get big and strong again. He had to learn to modify exercises to work for him and has found a passion for helping others become the best they can be in their own journey. He specializes in powerlifting, bodybuilding, corrective exercise, exercise modification, and nutrition.
